Handling drug-related problems at home is a challenge that could lead to mental and physical exhaustion as well as feelings of anxiety and helplessness. Sharing your concerns with other family members with similar lived experiences is not only a means to ventilate your emotions but also a healing process for mutual help and empowerment.
Through learning and supporting each other, we realize that we are not alone in this problem and there are always life lessons in our experience that could lead to personal growth and fulfillment.
